Refunds

At Taniqua Hair Studio,please note that we do not accept refunds on any purchases. Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it is considered final and cannot be refunded.

We encourage our customers to carefully review their orders before making a purchase to ensure that they have selected the correct items. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, we are here to assist you before you make a purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at info@simplytaniqua.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange. 

We do allow exchanges ONLY on unused, unopened retail merchandise, products and tools within 5 business days of receiving order. Please contact us at info@simplytaniqua.com to initiate a return.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business for exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@simplytaniqua.com. Your item is to be returned to:

Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except for damaged items being returned. (Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
